01.Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Lummah website at lummah.ae, or by submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
02.About Lummah
Lummah is a creative and digital marketing agency based at Office No. 504, Dubai National Insurance Building, Port Saeed, Deira, Dubai, UAE. You can contact us at info@lummah.ae or on +971 56 835 4044.
PLACEHOLDER — Registered legal entity name and trade licence number.
03.Using this website
You may use the website for lawful purposes, including reading about our services, viewing our work, and contacting us about a possible project. You agree that you will not:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or its connected systems;
- copy or scrape content in bulk, or use automated tools to collect information from the site, for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- submit false, misleading, offensive or abusive information through our contact form, or impersonate another person or business;
- use the website to send spam or unsolicited messages to anyone;
- use the website in any way that breaches UAE law or the rights of others.
04.Availability of the website
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors. We may suspend, change or withdraw any part of the website at any time, including for maintenance or updates.
05.Accuracy of information
We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial, investment or professional advice, and you should take appropriate professional advice before acting on it.
06.Our content and intellectual property
The website, including its design, layout, text, logos, graphics, photographs, videos and other content, is owned by Lummah or used with permission from its owners. It is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by these terms, you may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, adapt, distribute or republish our content without our prior written consent.
Our name, the Lummah logo and our other brand features are our trade marks or those of our licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to use them.
07.Portfolio, case studies and client work
Portfolio items, case studies, reels and photographs on the website show work we have produced for clients. That work may be subject to confidentiality obligations and to the rights of the client or of third parties, such as performers, locations, music or stock sources. You may not reuse, reproduce or adapt any of it without written permission from Lummah and, where required, from the relevant client or rights holder.
PLACEHOLDER — Confirm written client consent, licensing and credit requirements for every portfolio item, case study, reel and image before publication.
08.Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry through this website, by email, by WhatsApp or by phone is an invitation for us to discuss your project. It does not create a binding contract between you and Lummah. Once we have understood your brief, we may send you a written proposal or quotation setting out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and any assumptions.
A proposal only becomes binding when you accept it in writing (including by email) and any required deposit has been received, or when both parties sign a separate agreement. The accepted proposal or agreement will prevail over these terms where the two conflict.
PLACEHOLDER — Validity period for quotations and proposals (for example, 14 days from issue).
09.Fees, invoicing and payment
Our fees, invoicing schedule and payment terms are set out in each proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice, and all fees are quoted exclusive of value added tax, which will be added where it applies under UAE law.
PLACEHOLDER — Standard payment terms, deposit percentage, late-payment charges, and the process for pausing or stopping work if an invoice is overdue.
10.Cancellations and changes to scope
If you wish to cancel or pause a project, please tell us in writing. Fees for work already completed, materials already purchased or committed, and time already spent will remain payable. Any changes to scope, deliverables or timeline may change the fees and timeline, and we will agree those changes in writing before work proceeds.
PLACEHOLDER — Specific cancellation notice periods and any cancellation fees.
11.Client responsibilities
To help us deliver, you agree to:
- provide accurate information, brand assets, materials and approvals in good time;
- make sure that you own, or have permission to use, every item you give us, including logos, photographs, music, footage and copy;
- review and approve work within the timeframes set out in the proposal, recognising that delays in approvals may affect delivery dates;
- comply with the platform rules and advertising policies of any channel on which we publish or promote your content;
- tell us promptly about any legal, regulatory or industry restriction that affects the claims we are asked to make in marketing.
12.Marketing results
Marketing, advertising, content and search performance depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, audience behaviour, competitor activity, market conditions and your product or service. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, we do not guarantee any particular level of reach, engagement, traffic, ranking, enquiries or sales. Case studies and examples describe past work and are not a promise of future results.
13.Third-party platforms and services
We use and recommend third-party platforms, including social media networks, advertising platforms, search engines, email and messaging services, hosting and design software. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, account actions or fees.
14.Content and information you send us
You are responsible for the information you send us. By sending us an enquiry, brief, file or message, you give us permission to use that information to respond to you, prepare a proposal and, where you engage us, to deliver the agreed services. You confirm that you have the rights needed to share it. We will handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
15.Links to other websites
The website may link to third-party sites, such as Instagram, WhatsApp or client websites. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their own terms.
16.Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
17.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Lummah will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or from information on it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Where a proposal or agreement contains its own liability provisions, those provisions apply to the services it covers.
PLACEHOLDER — Legal review of the liability cap and any cap for client engagements.
18.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Lummah harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your misuse of the website, your breach of these terms, or content or materials you supply that infringe the rights of others. This does not apply where a claim results from our own breach or negligence.
19.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern informally and in good faith.
PLACEHOLDER — Confirm governing law, jurisdiction and any dispute-resolution step (such as negotiation or mediation) with legal counsel.
20.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are published on this page, and continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes to an accepted proposal or agreement must be agreed in writing. Last updated: 6 October 2026.
